Great Service. I have a condo that i have been renting out for the past three years and have usedRenters Warehouse to find tenants. They offer their advice and suggestions but were always willing to adjust to my requests (i.e. listing price of the unit). I would recommend them to anyone looking to become a landlord and plan to continue using their services into the future.

I would go through Renters Warehouse again!!! My agent was very knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. He did pretty much all of the work, all I had to do was provide some information every so often - it was exactly what i wanted for finding renters and to top it off when we were in their office the staff was so professional and out going!! I couldn't have asked for a better property management company to work with!!!!!

Professionalism is beyond expectations in working with Rob Paulno at Renters Warehouse.Renters Warehouse provides very organized and detailed oriented materials when advertising properties, and in locating and placing renters. Working with Mr. Paulno was a great experience. He was thorough, prompt in responses, detailed oriented in property description and tenant placement, not to mention very personable. He demonstrated hard work ethic in working on behalf of both the renter and tenant. An exceptional experience!

Renters Warehouse has been great to work with. They take the headache out of finding and managing renters for a property I have over an hour away from where I currently live.
