Renters Warehouse is great! Martin walked me through everything and he had my condo rented in a couple months. He found me quality renters that I feel very confident and comfortable about. I have been using Renters Warehouse for almost 3 years now and would highly recommend them to any investors who own multiple properties and can no longer handle the management responsibilities on their own.
